"Pub-E is a public art initiative through C.S.C. Designs.
The program encourages alternative contemporary practices which are planned for urban public terrains.
In affiliation with D.T.D.S., Pub-E encourages urban renewal through creative reconfiguration of the stalemate that is the city and the people.
By providing a framework and the means through which creative urban proposals can be shared and realized, Pub-E is essential in challenging the patterns which structure and control our urban public environments."
